Higuera Hardwoods bamboo panel products comply with all Carb 1 & 2 requirements; the following is a confirmation note from the regulation testing facility

Thanks for your interest in SCS. At present, bamboo is exempt from CARB regulation, unless it is mounted on a composite wood core. Then the core must be certified.
Please advise if this information is sufficient.
