At Higuera Hardwood Sales, we welcome new customers. To apply for a dealer or distribution credit account, complete and submit the form below.

APPLICATION INFORMATION FOR NEW AND RENEWAL ACCOUNTS

Thank you for your interest in opening an account with Higuera Hardwoods LLC, we are proud to offer the finest bamboo products for your environment and customer service is a top priority.

We have two types of customer account applications a retailer/dealer and large corporation account; please choose the applicable one below. All the information on each page is important to fill out for us to correctly set-up your account and to provide you with the best service.

Simply fill out the pages of the account application completely and sign in the spaces provided. Unsigned forms or applications will not to be processed. Please do not use a pencil or a very fine point pen their images do not fax well.

Credit limits are established using a uniform method, Higuera Hardwoods look at several factors and we emphasize the age and size of the business. Please be sure to provide the number of years in business and the number of employees in the spaces on the first page. We also require credit references that can be verified.

When the account application is completed and signed in all the required spaces, you can either scan and convert them into a PDF files to email them to us at: contact@higuerahardwoods.com or fax it to Higuera Hardwoods at 1-360-779-4050

A tax reseller certification is required of us by the state of Washington; you may also email or fax a copy of your current reseller certificate to us. If you would like for us to charge tax on your purchases, please write on the tax form “Charge my account tax” and sign your name under it. We are only able to do this in the state of Washington
