Wood Floor Surveys

There have been recently conducted surveys with real estate agents and interior designers to get feedback about quality hardwood flooring. The results were very favorable.

Real estate results show that 99% agree homes with hardwood floors are easier to sell, 90% agree they sell for more money, and 82% agree they sell faster. More than half agree wood floors increase a home's resale value, promote a healthier indoor living environment, are beautiful, and are easy to maintain.

Interior designers also prefer natural materials like wood floors as well. They identify beauty, durability, and ease of maintenance as primary attributes. In addition, more than half recommend wood floors to their clients, or wood combined with another material. They identify these main attributes of wood floors: work with many decorating styles, add value to a home, hypo-allergenic, environmentally friendly, easy to clean, and last a lifetime.
